It is my honor and privilege to work with you on your healing journey. It is truly my calling. Becoming an IFS-informed Trauma Recovery & Lifestyle Design Coach is part of my own full circle healing leading me back to my authentic self.
I have spent the last decade in a deep cocoon personally reconnecting with my inner truth and finding my path here. Throughout my life, I have struggled with familial dysfunction, chronic stress and chaos, emotional and narcissistic abuse, developmental trauma, a high ACE score, emotional neglect, as well as religious, legal, parental, and relational trauma. My trauma role left me with dissociation, people pleasing, being a fixer and perfectionist, tons of chronic somatic issues, disordered eating, severe self-abandonment, ultra-independence, anxious and avoidant attachment, hypervigilance, and disjointedness from my emotions.
Now, from a place of centeredness and groundedness, full of self-care and self-compassion, living authentically in deep inner/psych healing (via a variety of therapies, coaches, and spiritual modalities) - I stand humbly here to reach back a hand to those needing someone to walk their journey with them. Sara Miley is an experienced crisis advocate and an IFS-informed trauma recovery and lifestyle design coach. Through her own learned and lived experiences, she is passionate about helping survivors find the roots of their suffering. By making sense of their trauma, they can make meaning out of their healing.
Her focus is on survivors of: developmental/childhood trauma, attachment wounds, emotional abuse and neglect, cPTSD - those who struggle with the emotional and relational aftereffects of dysfunctional formative years.
She is the owner and coach of Full Circle Wellspring LLC, the founder and coachsultant of the Personalized Trauma Healing System™, and the host of the Trauma Survivorhood podcast.
She is available for private and group consulting, interviews, press, podcasts, and trauma-informed consulting for businesses.
